Infinity™ 19 Heat Pump is Utra High Efficiency Heat Pump Designed with Your Comfort in Mind. Carrier’s exclusive ComfortHeat™ Heat Pump System features two stages, allowing the heat pump to operate for longer periods at a lower stage. The result is more consistent temperature, greater air circulation and improved air quality. This system can deliver warmer air by up to 20 degrees while in the heating mode.

Two-stage cooling means longer cooling cycles to help eliminate hot spots and maintain a more even, consistent temperature throughout your home. It’s like getting two heat pumps in one.

Operates in low-stage up to 80% of the time delivering more consistent temperature, enhanced air circulation and improved air quality while saving on utility costs.

High-stage operation delivers additional cooling as conditions require.

Carrier’s Infinity™ 19 heat pump is available with efficiency ratings of up to 19.0 SEER when cooling and up to 9.0 HSPF when heating. Because heat pumps provide both heating and cooling, their efficiency is measured with two distinct ratings. While in the cooling mode, heat pumps receive a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio or SEER number. SEER is like gas mileage. The higher the gas mileage or SEER, the more efficient the automobile or system is. While in the heating mode, heat pumps also receive a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor or HSPF rating. Again, the higher the number, the more efficiently the system works.
